This is a preseason camp that will work on improving dribbling, passing, shooting, as well as defending. We will also work with goal keepers on the side. The goal keepers will work on using proper form, technique, and improving reaction time.

    This camp is for athletes in Jr. High or High School that are looking to get better at their field events and or running form. We will meet twice a week every week from 06/26/18 -07/199/18. The camp days will be Mondays and Thursdays 5-6:30. This is a free camp but you must sign on 8to18 in order to participate. The camp will be run by Casey Seyller (Head Girls Track Coach) and will be assisted by Ben Schwartz (Assistant Girls Track Coach). Coach Seyller has over 15 years of track coaching experience.

  • Boys Golf Camp - Grades 5-12

    Camp cost $35.00

    Boys Golf Summer Camp- July 9,10, and 11, 9:00am-12:45pm, then 2 times a week (time TBA) in the evening the rest of July. (times subject to change) Intensive skills camp before course play begins. Players are encouraged to have their own clubs. Contact Coach Petska if you need help with this. Players will be transported to Abbey Springs Golf Course in Fontana daily by bus which leaves the HS back parking lot at 8:15 each day. Players should wear a collared shirt and khaki shorts or pants. No jean shorts or gym shorts allowed. After the three day camp we will play two times a week in the evenings for the rest of the summer. These days and times will be fluid due to course availability.

    Summer camp will get the athletes ready for the upcoming football season by instilling leadership skills, personal confidence and physical training. We will be meeting on the high school track every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8am - 10am and in Jefferson gym on Wednesday nights from 7pm - 8:30pm We will work on cheers/chants, stunting, routines and tumbling skills during this summer camp. Summer Camp is designed to help the athletes grow individually and to bond together as a team.
